This is a blog about a father's attempts to be useful to his thirteen-year-old son who has an autism diagnosis. - Siamo tutti autisti
"While I was sitting one night with a poet friend watching a great opera performed in a tent under arc lights, the poet took my arm and pointed silently. Far up, blundering out of the night, a huge Cecropia moth swept past from light to light over the posturings of the actors. “He doesn’t know,” my friend whispered excitedly. “He’s passing through an alien universe brightly lit but invisible to him. He’s in another play; he doesn’t see us. He doesn’t know. Maybe it’s happening right now to us.”

It's a good video. I thoroughly disliked the song, though. Very dischordant or amelodious or something.
Yes, it's an odd choice of music. I only bumped into the video by accident. I clicked on a photo Kristina's blog, found myself a Flicker and wondered what would happen if I searched for "autism." I think it probably would have been a better video if it had been a bit more specific. I suppose I could have said those things in my blog post -- oh well.
Notloving the music but thought the video and text were good. Of course, from strictly academic standpoint, maybe that's why they chose the music...the dischordant feel mirroring the sensation of dysregulation perhaps? The lyrics were kind of bleak...
